This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that Quantum Capital (Quantum Capital Ltd.), located on the domain name www.ԛс.kz, may receive about the User during the use of the website of the company providing asset management services to individuals and legal entities.

Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the website of Quantum Capital Ltd not to disclose and ensure the protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the website when registering on the website www.ԛс.kz or purchasing the services of Quantum Capital Ltd.

5.3 Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5 The Website Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties./p>
5.6 The Site Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1 Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without limitation of time, in any legal way, including in information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2 The User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, solely for the purpose of providing services to the User, executed on the site www.ԛс.kz.
5.3 Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided by paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. и 7.2. Privacy Policy.
7.2 In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data of the User, the Site Administration shall not be liable if the personal data
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. were received from a third party prior to their receipt by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. were disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising out of relations between the User of the Site www.qc.kz and the Administration of the Site, it is mandatory to file a claim (written offer to voluntarily resolve a dispute).
8.2 The Recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of its consideration in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the claim.
8.3 If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be transferred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply to the Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the Website
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1 The Website Administration has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. New Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement on the site www.qc.kz, unless otherwise stipulated by the new Privacy Policy version.
